Richie Incognito Victim's Blow-By-Blow 'I Knew Something Was Off'

5/23/2018 11:45 AM PDT

The man who was attacked by Richie Incognito tells TMZ Sports he isn't mad at the NFL star -- he just wants the guy to get help.

We spoke with Mark ... who tells us he was working out in a turf area in the outside area of his gym in Florida when Richie came out and started acting in a bizarre and erratic way.

Mark says Incognito was rapidly switching between exercises with no real plan and then "went to the boxing mannequin and tore it off its pedestal."

Richie then started cutting off Mark while he was jogging in the area ... and when Mark called him out, Richie pegged him with a tennis ball.

Mark says Richie grabbed a sled and "tried to run me over" and then grabbed a dumbbell and launched it at him.

That's when Mark called 911 -- and Richie accused him of working for the government.

Cops arrived and put Incognito in handcuffs before placing him on an involuntary psychiatric hold

Mark tells us he doesn't want to press charges -- he just wants Richie to get the help he needs.

Pro Wrestler DJZ I Almost Died From Brutal In-Ring Injury

5/18/2018 12:23 PM PDT

Impact wrestling star DJZ says he came thiiis close to dying from an injury he suffered during a 2017 wrestling match ... and it's a miracle he was able to recover and wrestle again.

DJZ -- real name Michael Paris -- unknowingly ruptured his colon during a match in Mexico City ... but didn't realize the severity of the injury until after the match.

"I sh*t pure blood," DJZ says ... noting he collapsed at his hotel and had to be rushed to a nearby hospital.

Once he was admitted, doctors told him he was in very bad shape and internally bleeding -- and needed emergency surgery.

Doctors told DJZ there was a 20% chance he could die or become severely disabled from the operation ... but he had no choice.

Fortunately, the wrestler was able to pull through -- and he's got the gnarly scar on his stomach to prove it.

Now, he's not only fully recovered ... but wrestling again -- and on Thursday, he and Andrew Everett won the Impact Tag Team title against Scott Steiner and Eli Drake.

Isaiah Pead Crushes 1st Track Workout With Prosthetic Leg

5/7/2018 12:02 PM PDT
Exclusive Details

This is amazing ... ex-NFL running back Isaiah Pead hit the track in Oklahoma for his first running  workout with his prosthetic leg -- AND HE KILLED IT!!

The 28-year-old lost most of his left leg in a Nov. 2016 car accident -- but he finally got a running prosthesis and on Monday afternoon, he decided to test it out.

You gotta watch the video ... Pead is nothing short of impressive.

Remember, Pead only got the new leg on Friday and could barely walk in it at first. Just a few days later he's running windsprints.

Yeah, he fell down during one of the drills (adjusting to a prosthetic leg ain't easy) -- but he got right back up and continued the drill.

We spoke with Pead who tells us it was great to get out there and run again. He acknowledged learning how to run with the new leg is challenging, but he's up to the task.

Pead previously told TMZ Sports his goal is to compete in the Paralympics and win some gold medals -- looks like he's off to a good start.

Beyonce Hair Stuck in Bike Totally Fake News!!

5/7/2018 11:11 AM PDT

Beyonce was not left shaking after her hair got stuck in a SoulCycle bike ... because IT NEVER HAPPENED.

Our sources say a story floating around that Bey's weave got tangled up in a bike back in February at the L.A. studio -- requiring staff to untangle her -- is a figment of someone's imagination. The story went on to say Bey had long braids at the time and she was so into the workout that the weave got caught in the wheel and she panicked.

Kind of hilarious and probably why Amy Schumer wrote a similar scene in her latest movie, "I Feel Pretty." But, bottom line ... it just ain't true.

What IS true is this -- Bey's hair getting stuck in a fan back in July 2013 during The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour at the Montreal Bell Centre. Ouch.

Hulk Hogan Could I Beat Up Stallone? ... Duh.

5/7/2018 12:40 AM PDT

It's been 36 years since Rocky fought Thunderlips ... but we had to ask Hulk Hogan who wins in an old man rematch?!

Hogan's still a workout fiend -- and his arms are still massive. But Sylvester Stallone ain't no punk -- his gym sessions are insane, too.

So, when we got a rejuvenated Hulk out at LAX -- probably feeling so awesome because it looks like he'll be back with the WWE soon -- we asked if he thought he could beat up Stallone.

Before you guys call us messy ... Hogan kinda brought it up, barking at an autograph seeker who asked him to sign a pic of Stallone choking him from "Rocky III."

Check out Hogan's answer ... Hogan strongly suggested we should put our money on the man with the 24-inch pythons.

Flavor Flav Off the Deep End ... I'm a Diver Now!

Breaking News

Can Flavor Flav dive like Greg Louganis??

Well, not quite ... but the Public Enemy rapper made a splash when he visited the University of Nevada Las Vegas diving team on Wednesday at the Lied Athletic Complex ... and we gotta admit, he's not terrible.

The 59-year-old rap icon got a crash course in a bunch of different dives ... from the inward dive to going off the high boards.

He even attempted a tandem dive next to a hot chick in a cheeky bathing suit -- and it's great for all sorts of reasons!

Flav even thanked the dive squad by posing for a pic after their splash sesh.

And we should note ... he wasn't rockin' the slick diving Speedos. Flav knocked out his dives in giant, bright green swim trunks!

By the way, we were doing some research on old high divers and found this video of a 91-year-old guy hitting the board ... and, let's be honest, Flav WRECKS this old dude!!!

Julio Jones Hits WR Workout ... with Terrell Owens

5/2/2018 12:12 PM PDT
Breaking News

Julio Jones is gearing up for 2018 with a future Hall of Famer ... running wide receiver drills in Georgia with Terrell Owens

The two hit up Johns Creek High School in the Atlanta area -- where they ran routes, worked on footspeed and of course, caught passes.

Jones looked great (of course) -- but 44-year-old Owens was pretty damn impressive, too!!!

Meanwhile, the newest ATL Falcons wide out -- Calvin Ridley -- was also putting in work during a military-style workout with his personal trainer in Alabama.

Ridely was the Falcons' first round draft pick -- 26th overall -- and people are expecting big things from him.

In fact, with rumblings of a rift between Jones and the Falcons ... Ridley could be the next #1 WR in the ATL.

And hey, if Jones really does leave ... we know a 44-year-old who would be interested in the job.

Bella Hadid & Hailey Baldwin Boxing Babes

4/29/2018 12:45 PM PDT

Bella Hadid and Hailey Baldwin got to thinking outside the box for their Sunday exercise -- and decided to throw on the old gloves for a kick-ass workout.

The two models were spotted throwing punches Sunday at David Grutman's house in Miami Beach -- not at each other, but at a trainer who was with them. It was quite the scene -- a couple of hotties working up a sweat, surrounded by some lovely garden scenery. The girls have been living it up in Miami, going to Planta restaurant the night before in South Beach and also Story Nightclub.

The two runway pals recently hung out for Gigi Hadid's golden birthday party last week -- when she turned 23 on the 23rd of April. They were turning heads there, too. Sunday's demonstration proved to be no different.

Count us in for 12 rounds of this.

Usain Bolt 'Door Is Open' for Olympic Return ... But Unlikely

4/27/2018 12:20 AM PDT

So you're saying there's a chance!!!

Usain Bolt tells TMZ Sports ... the "door is open" to unretire and compete in the 2020 Olympics -- but right now he doesn't have the urge.

"I don't think so," Bolt said when asked about a return to the track ... "But when I see competition I definitely feel like I want to."

"I don't have the urge right now. Maybe when it comes around to the Olympics you never know ... but right now I don't."

Instead, Bolt says he's dead serious about pursuing a soccer career ... with real hopes of joining a pro team -- possibly in the MLS.

In the meantime, Bolt is also challenging less physically athletic people to a video game war through the Xbox Game Pass Challenge ... and he's talking smack!!!

NFL's Cameron Jordan On Kaepernick: 'There's Less Talented QBs Playing'

4/23/2018 2:56 PM PDT

When it comes to Colin Kaepernick, New Orleans Saints star Cameron Jordan says one thing's for sure -- "There's quarterbacks less talented playing [in the NFL]."

Jordan knows a little something on the topic ... he's made the Pro Bowl 3 times making life a living hell for QBs.

So, when we saw him out in Bev Hills (nice Manchester United jersey, BTW) we had to ask about Kaep's current employment status.

It's pretty clear Jordan supports Colin and thinks he belongs in the league.

Meantime, Seattle Seahawks coach Pete Carroll recently said the team is still considering signing Kaep -- despite 86ing a workout earlier this month because Colin wouldn't commit to ending his kneeling demonstration.

We'll see ...

Odell Beckham Pulls 5,600-Pound Denali ... Up a Hill

4/23/2018 9:54 AM PDT

Here's Odell Beckham Jr. proving he's stronger than you ... pulling a 5,600-pound SUV up an incline with a rope!

The New York Giants wide out was doing some strength training drills with some pals in New Orleans -- which apparently included pulling a 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. The vehicle generally weighs between 5,600 and 5,800 pounds.

We're guessing (hoping) there was also an adult in the driver's seat to hit the brakes when the car got close to Odell ... so tack on another 200 pounds.

Odell's been working out like a maniac recently -- even hitting the gym with Dez Bryant in L.A.

Giants fans ... excited yet?

Lamar Odom Getting Swole at Gold's Gym ... Comeback in the Works?

4/18/2018 12:30 AM PDT

It looks like Lamar Odom could be gearing up for a return to the hardwood ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

No, Lamar ain't crushin' it on the court ... but it's pretty clear the ex-Lakers star was getting back in game shape at the Gold's Gym in Glendale, L.A. earlier this week.

In the video, Odom hits the weights like a boss -- pumping out sets on his bis, tris and shoulders under the close watch of an apparent personal trainer.

Yeah, we know it ain't exactly "Rocky" ... but it's a great sign considering we've only really seen Lamar partying since he left rehab.

Remember -- L.O. first expressed interest in joining the Cube's BIG3 league last summer ... and just a couple months ago, told us he wanted in THIS SEASON to honor his late friend, Rasual Butler.

Better keep droppin' sweat, bro -- Season 2 tips off in June!

Ex-NFL Star Cullen Jenkins I Took Vicodin to Get Through Games ... Then I Found CBD

4/1/2018 12:05 AM PDT

Ex-NFL player Cullen Jenkins says the pain he went through during his career forced him to rely on prescription pills and alcohol to feel better ... but tells TMZ Sports he's finally found a healthier alternative -- CBD.

FYI --  cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the 113 active cannabinoids identified in cannabis, but doesn't have any psychoactive effects like recreational weed.

Jenkins -- who played 13 seasons in the NFL -- says towards the end of his career, he had to take 4 Advil and 2 Tylenol before every practice ... but thanks to his family introducing him to Fresh Farms CBD, he says he's pill-free and much happier.

Jenkins says the NFL needs to at least consider allowing players to use CBD to heal ... and says he knows firsthand how much it can improve their careers on and off the field.
