Blair Berk

Born Anne Blair Bernholz on May 16, 1964 in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Blair Berk is a criminal defense attorney who handles the defenses of many Hollywood celebrities. She is currently representing Mel Gibson in his legal battle with former wife, Oksana Grigorieva. Some of her past clients include Kiefer Sutherland, Heather Locklear, Mel Gibson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Mackenzie Phillips, Ozzy Osbourne, Halle Berry, Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Seacrest, Lindsay Lohan and Queen Latifah. Berk is a Harvard Law grad and the daughter of two North Carolina criminal defense attorneys.
