Dawn Holland is a former employee of the Betty Ford Center. She was involved in a "she-said, she-said" incident with Lindsay Lohan while Lohan was a resident of the clinic in late 2010 through early 2011. The incident involved both parties accusing the other of battery. Holland was fired by Betty Ford for breaching confidentiality when she talked to the press about the incident. She later dropped the charges against Lohan.
