'American Idol' Contestant Asia'h Epperson Charged with Battery
UPDATE: We are now told by the L.A. City Attorney, that Asia'h Epperson from "American Idol" will probably be charged tomorrow with misdemeanor battery.
We were initially told the charges were filed today, but the City Attorney tells us the complaint will most probably go to the court after a hearing tomorrow.
As TMZ first reported, the singer was cuffed early in the morning on August 12 for allegedly roughing up another girl in the bathroom at Colony nightclub.
Asia'h claims the alleged victim got a little too
pushy on her way to the toilet ... and the former
"Idol" contestant says she was forced to defend
herself and her sister.
