'Colors' Star Grand Bush Arrested for Defrauding DMV

Grand Bush -- who starred in "Colors" and has an epic name -- was arrested Tuesday after cops determined he was trying to pull a fast one by making it look like his car registration was current when it had expired.

G.B. was driving near the beach in L.A. when cops ran his license plate on his 2006 Mitsubishi. The search showed the plates had expired, but something wasn't kosher -- the registration tags on the plates were up to date.

So Bush was hooked up, taken to the station and booked for felony fraud ... defrauding the DMV.
