Miss Arizona Teen USA Tori Vance Charged with DUI

HOT CHICK JUSTICE -- former Miss Arizona Teen USA Tori Vance has officially been charged with DUI after her boozy arrest earlier last month.

TMZ broke the story ... Tori was pulled over two weeks ago in Hollywood after making an illegal u-ey. According to law enforcement, Tori showed signs of intoxication when cops approached her vehicle, so they gave her a field sobriety test ... which Tori flunked.

Tori was placed under arrest and taken to the cop shop, where she was booked for DUI.

18-year-old Tori now faces two counts of DUI and faces up to six months in jail if convicted. And since she's underage, she could lose her license for a year.
