Octomom -- D.A. Rejects Sexual Abuse Case

Octomom is in the clear because the Orange County D.A.'s Office has REJECTED all allegations against her by her former nannies ... including an allegation that one of her children was sexually abused ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the D.A. booted the case this morning after concluding there was insufficient evidence to warrant further action.

As we previously reported, Octo's two former nannies claimed that an older child was sexually abusing a younger one and when they told Octo about it she simply said, "Don't worry."
