Dr. Phil Warned By Obsessed Fan... I Want To Kill 'Common Law' Star
"Common Law" star Warren Kole says he's been cyber-stalked for months by a woman who threatened to kill him in a bizarre and menacing email she sent to Dr. Phil ... according to new docs.
The email -- detailed in an LAPD search warrant and obtained by TMZ -- reads, "I WANT TO SCARE HIM [Kole], THEN I WANT TO HURT HIM, BUT THIS THOUGH ..IS THE STRONGEST I THINK I WANT TO KILL HIM."
The email continues, "I NEED HELP, CAUSE IM SCARED FOR WHAT IM WANT TO DO TO HIM."
Kole told police the harassment started back in 2012 ... when he and his family started getting anonymous emails, tweets and Facebook posts -- sometimes 30 a day -- from a person who claimed he had raped her and murdered another woman.
Police say the messages -- which were poorly written and seemed to come from outside the U.S. -- continued for months and soon escalated to death threats, including the one sent to Dr. Phil.
Law enforcement sources tells us ... the account was tracked it to a woman in the Netherlands ... but we're told police have not arrested her.
Kole has told cops he's not worried for his own safety ... but he fears for other family members who live in Europe.
