What happens when you fall off the horse??? You get on a model ... at least that's what recently single golf superstar Rory McIlroy is reportedly doing out in Ireland.

According to local media out in Dublin, Rory -- who broke off his engagement to tennis star Caroline Wozniacki back in May -- has been seen out with Nadia Forde ... an aspiring model, singer, actress, and famous person.

The two were looking "very comfortable" together at a bar and a restaurant together over the weekend ... so says the Belfast Telegraph.

Forde had denied dating Rory in the past ... but now it seems like they're more than just friends -- and things are getting so "relationshipy" that a U.K. gambling site has placed 6 to 1 odds on Nadia being Rory's next official girlfriend.
