The Big Fella did the whole motion capture thing so programmers could accurately recreate every single curve of Shaq's 7-foot frame for his two new app games ... SHAQJack and Caddy Shaq.

We're told ShaqJack is a twist on traditional blackjack ... with some basketball flavor along the way.

And CaddyShaq is a slot machine style game ... where the bonus features include golf challenges with O'Neal.
