In a upcoming episode of the new season, Darrin Reay and Angeles Narduzzi strip down and survive 21 days on Koh Mook Island in Thailand ... which also happens to be the home of a ton of rats.

Darrin is happy to capitalize on the plethora of available food ... but vegetarian Angeles isn't sold.
