If Jerry Jones wants to go to Orlando Scandrick's wedding, there might be a catch ... so says Orlando's brand new fiancee Draya Michele.

As we previously reported, the Dallas Cowboys defensive back popped the question to Draya earlier this month with a $400k engagement ring ... so when we saw Michele on the set of her new movie, we had to ask about the guest list.

Michele told TMZ Sports they haven't set a date yet -- but expect to extend an invite to Orlando's boss ... if he's still Orlando's boss when they finally do get hitched.
