Washington Capitols star T.J. Oshie -- the hero for the U.S. Olympic hockey team -- is officially a married man ... after tying the knot to his ridiculously attractive baby mama.

Oshie and his longtime GF, Lauren Cosgrove, got hitched in a ceremony in Minnesota this weekend ... surrounded by friends, family members and their 16-month-old daughter, Lyla.
