Marco Rubio might've lost Massachusetts ... 'cause the presidential hopeful just kept it WAY too real about Tom Brady ... telling TMZ Sports if he had his way, Brady would be gone FOREVER.

Rubio was out in DC when we asked the rabid football fan about the QB ... who's having one of the suckier weeks of his (perfect) life since the NFL upheld his 4 game suspension on Tuesday.
