Oprah Winfrey can't believe T.I. said women aren't fit to be President of the United States -- which he did -- but she's got a quick lesson for him on politics.

O was walking out of CBS in NYC on Wednesday morning when our photog told her about T.I.'s comment ... and you really have to see the look on her face. She's flat-out dumbfounded.

But she bounces back quickly, and in true Oprah fashion. Interesting response, since many people think she could be prez if she ran. Anyway, pay attention, T.I. ... this one's for you.
