Disick makes a cameo in the vid for "Picture Me Rollin" off Breezy's new LP "Royalty" -- where he pulls the friend card and drops this doozy, "Chris ... I really can't f*** all these bitches without you."
It's unclear if the video was shot pre-rehab, but if he's still trying to win back his baby mama Kourtney ... this is probably won't help.
