Male model Shaun Ross looks like he illegally poached an elephant trunk in a new music video -- which has the Internet buzzing -- but chill folks ... it ain't what it seems.

Shaun does FULL frontal nudity in Braves "Dust" video, and while the size of his junk is jaw-droppingly shocking -- sources close to the model tell us Shaun wore a prosthetic over his real crown jewels.

The "Dust" music vid is 3 and a half minutes of Ross walking out of the ocean in slo-mo, and the massive faux dong only appears in the last 30 seconds or so.
