NFL's Mike Evans -- Honored to Have Manziel at Wedding ... Gave a Killer Speech

Johnny Manziel didn't just attend Mike Evans' wedding this past weekend -- he was a groomsman who gave one of the best speeches of the night ... so says Evans himself!

TMZ Sports spoke with the Tampa Bay Bucs WR who told us he was honored to have his old Texas A&M quarterback at his big night when he traded "I Dos" with his beautiful bride Ashli Dotson.

It's the first time Manziel's been out in public since an alleged domestic violence incident with girlfriend Colleen Crowley -- but Mike says Johnny seemed like he was in a good place.

"He seemed good ... I was just happy he was there."

As for their friendship, Mike says, "I got his back. That's all you need to know."
