The only thing Mischa Barton wants more than the "Dancing with the Stars" trophy is for someone to finally buy the Tuscan-style villa she's been trying to dump for 6 years.
The new 'DWTS' hopeful is listing her 7-bedroom, 10-bath home for $7.495 million. Her 7,600 square ft property sits inside a gated community atop Coldwater Canyon with views of Catalina Island from its rooftop decks.
Mischa tried unloading the home before in 2010 for $8.6 mill, but there were no takers so she listed it as a rental for $35k/month.
We're told Mischa just wants to get rid of it because it's been a financial burden. In 2014, she was slapped with a default on the home after falling $100k behind in payments.
