NBA's Chandler Parsons: Mike Conley Deserves $153 Mil Contract ... 'It's the Market'

Chandler Parsons is clearly happy that his Memphis Grizzlies teammate, Mike Conley, just signed the largest contract in NBA history ... but he's not that impressed.

FYI, Conley just inked a 5-year $153 MILLION deal ... despite never making an NBA All-Star team.

So, what does Parsons say to the people who claim Conley's being wayyy overpaid?

"It's the market," Chandler said ... "The TV ... the money's going up. Everyone's gonna be getting that."

Note to parents -- MAKE YOUR KIDS BECOME PRO BASKETBALL PLAYERS.

By the way, Parsons also says he won't force Conley to pay for team dinners -- insisting they'll split the bills.

Ya know ... because Chandler just signed a 4-year deal worth $94 MILLION!
