Cindy Crawford & Rande Gerber Selling Their Slice of Malibu for $60 Million

Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are confident someone will drop $15 million ... PER BEDROOM ... to grab their secluded Malibu compound.

The Gerbers just listed their 4 bedroom, 6 bath beachfront pad. They only bought it in 2015, but put a lot of renovations into the place.

Realtors Chris Cortazzo and Kurt Rappaport are manning the sale of the home, which also comes with a pool, spa, fire pit and tennis court. And yeah, for that kinda dough ... you also get breathtaking views of the Pacific and the mountains rising above it.

The house is located next door to the estate they own. We're told Rande and Cindy are not selling the entire lot ... they're keeping a driveway and a couple of acres to make the estate in which they live even bigger.

As for the $60 mil asking price ... real estate sources say Rande and Cindy bought the property for just over $50 mil, so they're banking a huge profit ... and they're not even selling the entire property!
