Hayden Panettiere Had Been Taken Away on Gurney in Recent Years L.A. Neighbor Says

A neighbor of Hayden Panettiere says she witnessed the late actress being taken from her West Hollywood apartment on a gurney by firefighters on two occasions during her troubled relationship with Brian Hickerson.
Mia Terrazas says she saw the incidents in July 2023 and January 2024, claiming Hayden appeared to have bruises and red marks while Brian was nearby both times, during an interview with Page Six.
The worried neighbor said she asked Hayden if she was OK during the first incident and the actress allegedly replied, "Yes." Mia told the outlet “It appeared that she had been beaten up. It wasn’t apparent to me that it could have been anything else" -- adding Hayden allegedly frequently appeared “battered.”
Mia previously told us the HOA posted the warning at the end of August 2025 ... urging residents not to let Brian into the building and to call cops if he was seen anywhere on the property.
She told us she was always scared of Brian and believed he was dangerous the whole time he was living with Hayden ... which continued even after the court issued a no-contact order.
Hayden and Brian’s relationship was previously marred by domestic violence allegations. Brian pleaded no contest in 2021 to two felony counts of injuring a spouse or cohabitant and was sentenced to 45 days in jail, probation and domestic violence classes.
Hayden was granted a five-year protective order, which expired in April.
As we previously reported ... Hayden died earlier this month at the age of 36. Authorities have not commented on the alleged incidents described by the neighbor being connected to her death, however we're told her death is being investigated -- and the DEA is on the case with local authorities.
