Taylor Frankie Paul was so sure that Dakota Mortensen was lying when he called police on her back in February ... she didn't even wait to hear the accusations before she called BS.

In audio from Draper Police, obtained by TMZ ... TFP can be heard telling the officer she wants them to talk to her lawyer about whatever Dakota told them ... and she adds whatever he claimed, it was "not accurate."

You can hear for yourself ... Taylor is super cagey with the police after her ex accused her of assault ... and said immediately that she wanted them to talk to her attorney.

1:47 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that David Charvet has been cleared of criminal wrongdoing.

David Charvet has spoken out after he was accused of running over a neighbor's dog early Thursday morning ... and has a much different story from his accuser.

In a statement from his rep, the OG "Baywatch" star tells TMZ he is "a responsible dog owner who would never intentionally harm an animal," and even provided a play-by-play of how he saw things go down.

He says he was driving through his Malibu neighborhood in low-light conditions around 5:30 this morning when he encountered a neighbor walking 3 dogs off leash in the middle of the street. He claims he slowed down and even moved to the side to pass the group safely, and that's when "one of the dogs moved under the vehicle."

1:47 PM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that David Charvet has been cleared of criminal wrongdoing.

9:07 AM PT -- A law enforcement source tells TMZ ... they do not consider the incident a hit-and-run since David called authorities after it happened -- even if he was not directly on scene. A deputy is with Vera and her family right now, taking a "traffic collision" report.

Info being gathered includes whether the dog died -- and whether it was leashed at the time. Vera told us yes, the dog died, and yes, her three dogs were on a leash.

However, David claims the dog was NOT on a leash at the time of the collision -- and he tried to swerve to avoid hitting the dog.

8:07 AM PT -- the Lost Hills sheriff station tells TMZ that they've been in contact with Vera ... and they're sending deputies to her home to take a report.

"Baywatch" OG star David Charvet struck and killed a dog Thursday morning ... TMZ has learned.

Vera Errico tells us, just before 6 AM, she was walking her 3 dogs -- all on leashes -- in a gated Malibu community, when Charvet came along in his pickup truck.

The manager of the nightclub where Ruby Rose says she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Katy Perry more than 15 years ago is weighing in on the claim.

A former manager of the since-closed Spice Market nightclub in Melbourne, Australia told the Herald Sun that he never saw the alleged incident ... but confirmed Ruby and Katy were at the establishment that night and both "had way too much to drink."

As we reported ... Ruby posted a series of messages Sunday on Threads, claiming Katy had "rubbed her disgusting vagina on my face" while they were at a nightclub in Australia. Ruby, who is 40, said she was in her early 20s at the time and vomited during the alleged sexual assault.

Katy Perry is being investigated by the police in Australia following Ruby Rose's shocking claims the singer sexually assaulted her over 15 years ago.

In a statement to TMZ, the Victoria Police say detectives are investigating a historical sexual assault that occurred in Melbourne in 2010, adding that the incident allegedly occurred at a licensed premises in the Central Business District.

As a result, Ruby wrote on Threads she's no longer allowed to speak about the case after the actress filed a police report with her allegations against Katy, who categorially denies the incident.

David Daniel, a Capitol Rioter pardoned by President Trump, is cutting a plea deal with federal prosecutors in a separate case ... and it involves sexual exploitation and child pornography.

Daniel hammered out a plea deal after being charged in North Carolina with sexual exploitation of a minor and possessing sexually explicit images of children ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

The court docs, signed by Daniel's lawyer, say in 2015 and 2016, Daniel coerced a minor younger than 12 years old "to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing any visual depiction of the conduct."

Prosecutors say Daniel used a phone to document the sexually explicit images and kept them on a hard drive.

Eric Swalwell is now under investigation in Los Angeles County over sexual misconduct allegations.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office confirms its Sex Crimes Division is actively working with law enforcement on the investigation, which stems from explosive claims by Lonna Drewes, a former model turned fashion tech pro, who alleges the former Congressman assaulted her back in 2018 in West Hollywood, CA.

At a press conference Tuesday, Drewes accused Swalwell of offering career connections before allegedly drugging, choking and raping her. Drewes says fear kept her silent for years.

One of the men suing Tyler Perry for alleged sexual assault was called out in court for his minor role in one of the director's 'Madea' films ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Mario Rodriguez -- who sued Tyler and the movie's distributor Lionsgate -- was dragged by the movie distributor in its effort to be dismissed from the suit.

In new docs, Lionsgate said Mario “spent less than a week playing ‘Frat Guy #10’" in Tyler’s film. The company said Mario admitted there was no misconduct during his time on set, noting Mario himself alleges the assault occurred at Perry's home.

Lonna claims Swalwell invited her to an event when his wife was pregnant and accuses Swalwell of drugging her drink. She says, despite only having one glass of wine, she was rendered incapacitated and found herself in Swalwell's hotel room, unable to move, while she alleges he choked and sexually assaulted her.

Eric Swalwell is red-faced and bleary-eyed in a recently rediscovered video reportedly capturing a wild yacht trip from 2022 ... amid numerous accusations of sexual misconduct brought against the disgraced politician.

Watch the clip ... multiple scantily clad young women are seen throughout the vid, dancing near a bar and partying the night away. In 2 separate parts of the video, Swalwell is seen in a bathrobe.

The mysterious video, posted Saturday by influencer Nik Richie, comes as Swalwell has been inundated with sexual assault and misconduct allegations by a former staff member and at least 3 other women. 

Lena Dunham is calling out her former "Girls" costar Adam Driver ... claiming he threw insane tantrums on set, screaming in her face and damaging property.

The actress claimed Adam was "spectacularly rude" to her in her new memoir, "Famesick," and in an interview with The Guardian, Lena alleges Adam -- who played her boyfriend on her HBO show -- once hurled a chair at the wall next to her, and on another occasion punched a hole in the wall of his trailer.

She told the publication, "At the time, I didn't have the skill to ... it never entered my mind to say, 'I am your boss, you can't speak to me this way.'"

Lindsie Chrisley hit her ex-boyfriend in the face and made him bleed ... at least that's what he told dispatchers after calling the police for help.

TMZ obtained the 911 audio from David Landsman's call to cops in Georgia, and you hear him say Lindsie came over to his home, beat his face and drew blood.

David tells the dispatcher Lindsie fled in her Lexus after the alleged beating ... and he refuses an ambulance and says he wants cops to come over and document his injuries.
