After a nasty fall during a Vegas concert Tuesday night, Emma Bunton sprained her ankle and has been walking around all week on crutches (and heels, natch) -- not exactly the perfect on-stage accessory for the Girls' killer Roberto Cavalli costumes.

We're told she is still expected to perform at the next show this Saturday in London. Say you'll be there!

Now Victoria Beckham is just rubbing it in.

Last night, she went face-to-face with Larry King on CNN, and she talked about her sleeping arrangements with husband David. As we all know, the Beckhams sleep naked. And, as Posh explains, "A lot of women would understand that if they were getting in bed with David Beckham." Spicy!

TMZ has obtained exclusive backstage pics of the reunited girl power troop at the recent Victoria's Secret runway show. Check out America's favorite British soccer moms, in WWII costumes by tee shirt designer/stylist Cory Savage, as Posh, Baby, Ginger, Sporty and Scary, get primped, prodded and poked.

At Mel C.'s acoustic show in L.A. on Thursday, pouty-faced Spice moms Mel B and Victoria Beckham arrived, alongside their respective husbands/handlers, with no time for their waiting fans or photographers. They'll be nice to you for $119.50, plus Ticketmaster fees!

The Spice Girls tour is worth the price of admission -- just to see Posh crack a smile.

Besides whipping L.A. fans into a frenzy on Wednesday by singing all their hits -- Baby, Scary, Ginger and Sporty each belted out solo numbers. Mel C's "I Turn to You", Scary's rendition of "Are You Gonna Go My Way" and Ginger's of "It's Raining Men" brought the house down! Meanwhile, Posh rested her pipes and opted instead for a maaayjah prance down the runway as a mix of Madonna's "Like a Virgin" and RuPaul's "Supermodel" played in the background. She is officially a drag queen!

For almost two hours, the pop stars turned soccer moms (and the crowd of mini-dressed and heeled twentysomething girls -- and the gay men who love them) partied like it's 1997! Zigazig ah!

A group of children from Camp Quality, each wearing Beckham's uniform, were left in tears after Becks walked right past them as he arrived at his hotel.

When he was questioned about the snub at a press conference later that day, he said he never saw the kids and would be willing to make it up to them. Aw!

The Girl Power quintet looks absolutely "maaajah" in their new music video for "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)," but TMZ TV has uncovered a few unaltered snaps of the gals ... and the results aren't so spicy.

The video for their cheese-fest of a song, "Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)," has Geri, Mel B, Victoria Beckham and Emma Bunton all sporting some uber-sexy ensembles. There's a whole lotta "Ginger Spices" this time around!

A little retouching can go a long way though -- the picture below is the forehead of one of the girls. Ack!
