Isaac Hayes III -- a famous record producer and the son of Isaac Hayes -- is diving into an incident he says went down just outside his gated community on Christmas Eve ... when he filmed a woman cursing at him and making a racist remark.

Here's the deal ... Hayes shared a video on his Instagram where a woman asks him for his name -- accusing him of driving too fast in and out of the Atlanta gated community -- before adding "f*** you."

The diatribe then takes a racial turn ... with what sounds like her saying, "Why don't you be white?"

Actor Hudson Meek's death is being treated as an accident, and it doesn't appear substances played any role in the fall that took his life ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... no foul play is suspected in Hudson's death -- and, cops are looking into this as an accident.

We're told there were no signs of drugs or alcohol ... and, cops do not believe they played any part in the accident.

Peter Thomas' prison sentence isn’t the only thing he’s dealing with in his tax case -- a judge just laid out a bunch of conditions for his supervised release when he gets out of prison.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star has to join a substance abuse testing program during his two years of supervised release once he finishes serving his 18-month prison sentence.

He’ll have to stick to the conditions of his supervised release ... and it looks like his probation officer will be keeping an eye on him and can search him if they have a reason to suspect something’s up.

Waymond Lee, an actor best known for appearing in Comedy Central's "Workaholics," has died ... TMZ has learned.

Norine Lee, Waymond's sister, and Waymond’s wife, Diane, tell TMZ ... the actor passed away last week on Wednesday, Dec. 18 following complications from ALS -- a neurological disorder that impacts nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. For those unfamiliar, the disorder is often also referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.

Luigi Mangione's got hundreds of people donating money to his defense fund ... and a spokesperson for one committee is explaining why they're trying to help him pay his legal fees.

Kyle and Mauricio were spotted walking through the streets of Aspen on Saturday, alongside their dog. From the looks of it, they're doing some last-minute shopping before the big holiday.

At one point, Mauricio wrapped his arm around Kyle's waist.
