The reality TV star tells TMZ ... his grandma, Ellen Jean Hauser, died Friday at Embrace Hospice House in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The cause of death was kidney failure.

Jonny infamously lied about his grandma dying way back in 2003 on "Survivor: Pearl Islands" to advance on the show ... with the cast only finding out he was fibbing until the show was done filming.

Lines are being drawn and a family fight is brewing over a potential conservatorship for former MTV host Matt Pinfield.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Matt's girlfriend, Kara Brown, and his brother, Glenn, claims Matt's daughter Jessica is isolating Matt from the rest of the family and trying to cut them out from his life.

Matt, as we first reported, is hospitalized after suffering a medical emergency. Jessica claims he's incompetent and unable to make decisions on health and finances. She filed for a conservatorship and voiced fears his GF would drain his bank account if left unchecked.

10:10 AM PT -- President Trump is offering his condolences to his friend Tiger Woods after the 15x Major champion's mom passed away.

"I was just informed that Tiger Woods’ wonderful Mother, Kultida, passed away — She has gone onto greener fairways! Kultida Woods was an amazing influence on Tiger, and gave him much of his strength and brilliance. Melania and I send our love and prayers to Tiger and his incredible family!," POTUS wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the Wood's family.

Tiger Woods' mom has sadly died.

The golfing legend announced the heartbreaking news on his X page Tuesday ... revealing Kultida Woods passed away earlier in the morning.

Tiger did not reveal a cause of death. Kultida was 80 years old.

Ewan McGregor is dealing with an obsessed woman who's traveled cross country to contact him, while making bizarre threats involving firearms, the "DaVinci Code" and her desire to have a baby with him.

The actor filed docs to get a restraining order against Angelica Gorentz, who first came on his radar in 2022 ... when she sent hundreds of "rambling, delusional and threatening messages" to him. According to the docs, Gorentz sees herself as Ewan's jilted lover, and believes his wife, actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead, stole him from her.

Mathew Knowles is giving 100% of the credit to Beyoncé for her 'Album of the Year' win at the Grammys -- saying it has nothing to do with Jay-Z's complaints last year about her not already having that gong on her mantel yet.

MK tells TMZ those criticizing Bey's win and chalking it up to Jay-Z clearly don’t get how the Grammy voting process works -- and then goes on to break the whole thing down for us.

Wendy will be there for 2 days and then fly back to NY ... where she is confined in a studio apartment at an assisted living facility.

Lily Collins is officially a new mother ... welcoming her first child to the world via surrogate earlier this week!

The longtime film and TV star's surrogate gave birth earlier this week in Northern California ... and she just posted about the baby a moment ago ... sharing a picture showing the little one in a blanket with her name -- Tove -- written in gold letters on a white blanket.

She wrote in the caption, "Welcome to the center of our world Tove Jane McDowell. Words will never express our endless gratitude for our incredible surrogate and everyone who helped us along the way. We love you to the moon and back again…"

A source close to RR tells TMZ ... he, Blake and their four children are on vacation and enjoying some time as a family -- away from the stress of their ongoing legal dispute with Justin Baldoni.
