Blake Robertson -- a contestant on season 4 of 'The Ultimatum' -- was arrested after being accused of an assault involving his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich, TMZ has learned.

Blake was arrested in October 2025 -- after filming for the Netflix reality show wrapped -- at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas for allegedly putting his hands on Hayley, with whom he appeared on the show.

However, the reality star's attorney, Sean Hightower, tells us ... "Blake's case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged."

Marcellus Wiley is further denying he ever abused his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley ... admitting in a response to her domestic violence restraining order request that they didn't have a perfect marriage -- but he never abused her as she alleges.

The former NFL star filed the response late Friday afternoon ... telling the court the accusations made against him by Annemarie are heartbreaking, embarrassing -- and patently untrue.

He says, "We did not have a perfect marriage. We experienced disagreements, frustrations, and periods of marital strain. However, I have never physically abused, sexually assaulted, or intentionally harmed my wife at any point during our relationship."

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak is no longer at risk of being thrown behind bars ... 'cause she coughed up the money she owed to a court-appointed guardian in her bitter divorce ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge ordered Kim to cough up $2,535 in unpaid fees owed to the guardian ad litem assigned in her divorce case with Kroy Biermann.

The judge previously had the guardian interview Kim, Kroy, and their four minor kids to reach a determination on custody issues in the case.

Baron Davis’ sister is suing him for fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress … after she claims he sold the house he helped purchase for her with no warning.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the NBA star helped his sister Lissa Davis buy a house nearly 20 years ago … but sold it out from under her this year, without a heads up.

Lissa says in the suit that she had a “life-threatening” health issue after the birth of her son back in 2008 … and asked Baron for help with money.

Police have just released body cam footage showing Sunny Hostin's son being cited for trespassing -- it shows her aggressively arguing with cops on his behalf ... and she pulled out the Harvard defense almost immediately.

In the clip, Sunny and her son, Gabriel Hostin, explain what happened to the officers ... telling them he was on a run along the tracks when he saw a hill and decided to head up it.

She then plays the Harvard card ... telling officers he just graduated from the Ivy League school -- and he's an upstanding citizen who teaches 4th-grade geometry, while she herself is a former federal prosecutor. Basically, my son's a good kid -- can we wrap this up?

Tate and Dakota share the same lawyer, Chad Shattuck, and he's firing back after Taylor's legal team basically shrugged off the fact Utah's Division of Child and Family Services filed a petition asking a juvenile court ot take jurisdiction over her kids.

Shattuck tells TMZ ... Tate and Dakota "are deeply concerned that Taylor's statement minimizes the gravity of the action filed by DCFS and her many underlying actions that prompted such."

The 63-year-old motorist drove his car "at a high rate of speed up the driveway" of their East Hampton mansion and smashed through the gates ... according to the police report, obtained by TMZ.

Officers say the man didn't the brakes when he came up on the mechanical gates, allegedly causing "significant damage."

Tia Mowry and her ex-husband Cory Hardrict reached a new agreement over custody of their two kids ... TMZ has learned.

Per court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tia and Cory agreed neither will go to the other’s home except upon invitation by the other parent or for an agreed-upon custody exchange.

The deal also noted that Tia agrees to let Cory hang out with the kids during her custodial time, but says the time must be “spent with both minor children" unless certain circumstances prevent that from happening.

The track, titled "MARCESCENCE," was taken down after about 8 hours Thursday, data shows. It's no longer playable on the song's page, but the artwork shows D4vd holding a camera in a bathroom mirror.

TMZ has learned there was also a music video for the song on Spotify, but it was ultimately archived. However, a D4vd archive account managed to post it on YouTube.
