Preggers Spice Puts Photog In His Place
A very pregnant Mel B (aka Scary Spice aka Melanie Brown) was in no mood to show off her bulge when a photog approached her yesterday.
As Eddie Murphy's possible baby-mama walked along Robertson Blvd., a cheerful but annoyed Brown scolded a paparazzo trying to photograph her, saying, "Can you stop now please!"
In a voice dripping with defeat, the photog replied, "Yes, ma'am," before wishing her luck with the pregnancy.
Jacko Checks-In
Michael Jackson's children looked like they were playing a game of Sadaam on the Gallows as they arrived at London's swanky Carlton Hotel -- with their heads covered with black hoods.
Prince, Paris Michael and Blanket had their faces hidden from photogs as they were rushed into the hotel Saturday night by Jackson's security team, while Michael signed a few photos from the safety of his SUV. As he exited, he was swarmed on all sides, with a phalanx of guards fighting off the Jacko faithful.
Fans waited outside the hotel for the King of Pop to return, but all they got was a hotel employee who came to collect any gifts the crowd had to offer.

Gina Lollobrigida Slaps Paps
Legendary screen siren Gina Lollobrigida went all Naomi Campbell on a photographer yesterday, with a smack and some smack-talk. La dolce vita? Not for this cameraman!
The 79-year-old geriatric bombshell emerged from her midday repast and decided she'd had enough of all those pesky paparazzi getting in her face, so she simply swatted away the lens, causing a minor fracas.
Maybe it was their attempt to address Signora Lollobrigida in Spanish, or perhaps she's just tired of all the media attention after calling off her marriage to her longtime boyfriend, who is 34 years her junior. Either way, do not get in Lollo's face with that camera, because she will pop you! Arrivederci!

Jessica to Paps: "Back Off!"
Back from her Roman holiday, a visibly pissed off Jessica Simpson had some terse words for swarming photographers on Wednesday.
After leaving Hahm Rejuvenation Center in West Hollywood, Jessica was in no mood to deal with her usual BFFs, the paparazzi.
As camera hounds crowded around her, Simpson barked, "You guys, please, please back off! It's really not cool." The 26-year-old divorcee was able to maneuver her way to a waiting black Mercedes convertible, adding, "I'm trying to respect you guys, but this is very rude."
If Jess wants people to leave her alone, she should just sing.

Seacrest Out... On The Town!
Ryan Seacrest took his mother to Mr. Chow for dinner on Saturday night. The "Idol" host was all smiles as he greeted waiting paparazzi outside, just missing letter-turner Vanna White and birthday girl Sharon Stone.
From there it was off to Hollywood hotspot Koi, where we spotted "Idol" judge Randy Jackson and "Heroes" star Hayden Panettiere having dinner with friends.
We also stopped by Miss Hilton's pad in the Hollywood hills, running into the heiress herself along with a very thirsty Efren and Carlos Rameriz.
Also out on the town over the weekend: Cheryl Burke, Jason "Gummi Bear" Davis, Dennis Hopper, "Sin City" star Devon Aoki and Stacy Keibler, who was doing a bit of shopping at Kitson.
All this and more in today's idolicious Star Catcher.
Fabio Gets Pumped

J-Hud Gives Up on Chi-town
Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson learned the hard way that Beyoncé and Anika Noni Rose make for better singing partners than random fans in Chicago.
Hudson was in her hometown yesterday as Mayor Richard Daley proclaimed it Jennifer Hudson Day. When Hudson broke into song, she looked to the crowd to sing along with her. "Y'all want to help me out?" she asked. Apparently the answer was "No."
She held out the mic and when no one piped up, Hudson asked, "Where y'all at, Chicago?" Again met with silence, Hudson ended her number with a simple, "Well, that's enough."

Dear Britney, Do NOT Listen to This Man!
Last night a fan asked Jessica's dad, Joe Simpson, what he thinks about Britney Spears going to rehab, and her recent umbrella attack on the paparazzi. Why oh why would anyone listen to this man?
Let's go over Joe's parenting resumé: ruined his daughter's marriage? Check. Mismanaged her career? Check. Lecherous, inappropriate comments about her physical attributes? Check.
So please, Brit, take fashion advice from Bai Ling, acting lessons from Mariah Carey, and singing lessons from William Hung. But please, oh please, do not listen to Joe Simpson. Thank you.

Brit & Anna Make Lindsay Seem Normal
With Britney wigging out, and the ongoing developments in the Anna Nicole circus, Lindsay Lohan has emerged as just your ordinary, run of the mill, everyday, rich and famous A-list celebrity pop icon.
Lindsay and a pal kept things normal -- well, as normal as possible when your entourage consists of a dozen photographers -- as they shopped Monday at the trendy Fred Segal boutique and then hit a popular frozen yogurt shop, Pinkberry. While Linds waited patiently in line for her yogurt, a store employee came to Lohan's aid and pulled down the shades to offer some privacy from the paparazzi swarming outside.
Lohan should be happy, because next to methadone babies and bald pop princesses, her days clubbing while in rehab don't seem so strange!
