Alki David -- the tycoon who famously created Tupac and Michael Jackson holograms -- just took a huge loss in court ... 'cause a jury hit him with a huge 9-figure verdict in a sexual assault lawsuit.

A jury of Alki's peers decided he oughta pay a Jane Doe who sued him $900 million in damages ... at least according to a report in the L.A. Times -- which cites the Doe's attorneys as announcing the judgment.

The astronomical figure reportedly includes $800 million in punitive damages and $100 million in compensatory damages ... and the jury award here is one of the largest in history according to the woman's legal team.

5:25 PM PT -- Lisa Barlow tells TMZ ... "Bart Carlson was once a business partner in a restaurant in Park City and, I thought, a friend. I am deeply saddened that he has decided nine years after our restaurant business ceased to claim that I owe him money. To be very clear, the claim that I owe Bart or his company money is untrue. I pay my bills and obligations and I always have. In addition, Bart has no interest in Luxe Marketing or Vida Tequila and did not invest in either business. I look forward to the truth coming out and I intend to hold Bart fully accountable for any damage this personal attack may cause me or my businesses."

Lisa Barlow and 2 companies she's associated with -- including her tequila brand -- are facing a lawsuit that alleges more than $400k was loaned out ... but never paid back.

The 'Real Housewives of Salt Lake City' star, Vida Tequila and Luxe Marketing are all named defendants in a lawsuit brought by a guy named Bart Carlson -- who claims he's a longtime personal friend of Lisa -- over loans he says he made to her starting over a decade ago.

The way Carlson tells it ... Lisa came to him in 2010 and told him she and her businesses were experiencing financial hardship, and she needed lotsa cash to cover expenses.

Justin Timberlake has a prime opportunity to save lives in the wake of his arrest, but only if he's willing to own up to the alleged DWI ... so says Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Stacey D. Stewart, CEO of MADD, tells TMZ that JT is seriously lucky his night out in Sag Harbor, NY didn't end tragically ... with himself or someone else getting hurt. But, that being said, she's imploring the singer to use his celebrity to condemn impaired driving.

At the moment, it doesn't look like that will happen, not for awhile -- not until the case is settled, and JT's high-powered lawyer is, at least, saying they're ready to fight tooth and nail.

Justin Timberlake had sage advice for one of his concert crowds just two nights before his DWI arrest ... and his words of wisdom could have come in handy for himself in Sag Harbor.

TMZ obtained video from Justin's Saturday tour stop in Miami, where he told a packed house at the Kaseya Center to "be careful out there" -- this after chit-chatting with the audience and asking if there were any singles in the building, playfully noting "the night is young."

Check it out ... JT was in jovial mood this past weekend while performing in the Magic City -- bantering with the crowd and eventually noting he'd have to be asking for forgiveness the next day (Sunday) ... which just so happened to be Father's Day.

2:34 PM PT -- Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... no settlement was struck between Madonna and the plaintiffs, and these guys dismissed the lawsuit on their own accord.

Madonna can put one of her concert lawsuits behind her ... 'cause it's been wiped away from the court docket -- and from the looks of it, a settlement may have been reached.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Michael Fellows and Jason Alvarez -- the plaintiffs who originally brought this class action -- voluntarily dismissed their suit with prejudice ... which usually indicates some sort of arrangement was reached by the parties.

Justin Timberlake has remained tight-lipped in the aftermath of his DWI arrest ... but his lawyer says he's ready to fight tooth and nail for his client, which is interesting.

JT's defense attorney, Edward Burke Jr., tells TMZ ... "[We] look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time."

Ed adds ... "He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA's office." It almost seems like Justin and co. think the arrest and subsequent charges are BS -- that's the vibe here anyway.

Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun got grilled on Capitol Hill this week ... and he just admitted the aerospace giant has a history of retaliation against whistleblowers.

The Boeing boss was in D.C. Tuesday -- where he was appearing before U.S. senators for a hearing meant to address all the issues at Boeing lately -- and he was asked straight-up about whistleblowers speaking truth to power ... acknowledging for a fact retaliation happens.

Pressed if Boeing fired any staffers who were responsible for the retaliation, Calhoun was unable to give any specific numbers ... but he said retaliation is a thing at Boeing and people have been fired as a result. He promised Senator Blumenthal to get him specifics.

Alec Baldwin was super sloppy with firearms on the "Rust" movie set before the infamous fatal shooting ... at least that's what prosecutors are claiming ahead of his trial.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors in New Mexico say they intend to introduce evidence Alec was negligent with a firearm on set even before cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was shot and killed with a gun Alec was holding.

The prosecution claims at one point during filming, Alec recklessly pointed and fired a blank round at a crew member while using the crew member as a line of sight.

"Sandlot" star Tom Guiry, who played Smalls in the movie, got busted for throwing a strike ... but cops say he didn't hit his target with a baseball, he used a dumbbell!!!

TMZ obtained video of the alleged incident ... and it appears to show Tom tossing a huge weight on a car windshield, shattering it completely.

The footage is absolutely bonkers ... you see Tom bring the dumbbell behind his head and then drop it on a white Jeep ... before marching across two manicured front lawns to go back inside ... all while the dumbbell rolls down the hood.

The Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety (DPS) disclosed the suspects made a getaway in multiple vehicles before officers arrived. However, the responding officers lucked out -- they managed to spot 2 of the fleeing vehicles in the act.

Holly Madison is accusing Crystal Hefner of "legal bullying" after Hugh Hefner's widow threatened to sue her over comments on her podcast ... TMZ has learned.

In an exclusive clip from the "Girls Next Level" Patreon, Holly and co-host Bridget Marquardt confirm they -- as well as Marston Hefner -- received written warnings from Crystal's lawyer ... which they deem a gross overreaction.

O.J. Simpson went back to the scene of the crime -- where he killed his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman -- and our own Harvey Levin happened to be there and a wild chase ensued.

The chase is part of a new Tubi documentary "TMZ Presents O.J.: How He Really Did It" -- marking the 30th anniversary of the murders -- in which Harvey tells a bunch of stories he's never told before during his days at KCBS TV covering the O.J. Simpson murder case.

Among the stories -- a week after O.J. was acquitted in the murder trial, Harvey drove a friend to Nicole's condo where the murders occurred, and a limo was parked in the alley. As Harvey pulled up, the driver looked in the side view mirror and the 2 made eye contact, then immediately turned on the ignition and started to drive away.

Holly Madison is facing some heat from Crystal Hefner's legal team ... they say the former Playboy model is causing "serious harm" to the late Playboy mogul's widow.

In a cease and desist letter, obtained by TMZ, Crystal's lawyer calls out Holly for her podcast interview with Hugh Hefner's son, Marston -- ripping her remarks on the episode as "malicious and intentionally misleading."

Holly, Marston and Bridget Marquardt chatted on the May 12 episode of the "Girls Next Level" podcast, and according to the letter ... they insinuated Crystal kept Hugh "doped up" during the final years of his life in order to take advantage of him financially.

Alexander Morris -- who joined the band in 2019 as a vocalist -- filed suit against Michigan's Ascension Macomb Oakland Hospital ... explaining he was rushed by ambulance last April with chest pain and difficulty breathing, and when he got there he told a nurse and security guard he was a member of the famous Motown band.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, AM says he wanted the hospital staff to know he was famous because of security concerns with stalkers and fans ... but he says a white security guard and a white ER doctor didn't believe he was famous and figured he was mentally ill.

9:08 AM PT -- President Biden just addressed the conviction, saying in part ... "So many families who have had loved ones battle addiction understand the feeling of pride seeing someone you love come out the other side and be so strong and resilient in recovery."

He adds, "As I also said last week, I will accept the outcome of this case and will continue to respect the judicial process as Hunter considers an appeal."

8:56 AM PT -- Hunter Biden just walked out of court after being found guilty in his gun case -- and he was holding his wife and Jill Biden's hands ... and he seemed to be in relatively good spirits. A sentencing date hasn't been set -- but the judge reportedly noted sentencing typically goes down about 120 days after a verdict is rendered.
