9. First off: Vida is cuban.
Second: If the guy is illegal, it would be unlikely that he would actually have that particular job.
Third: He is stupid to actually ask them anything, therefore I support having parking enforcement admissions to they at least hit 21.
Fourth: Vida has to come out with something new because her 15 minutes of fame are almost over.

10. What if this guy doesn't get fired and goes farther next time? Asking for more than a pic to "get off" a ticket? What if he stops your daughter one night and asks for something? 15. She must have tried to flirt her way out of the ticket by showing him the pictures and thought they could get away without getting a ticket and when this metermaid asked
for one picture they didn't like it, they want soem big moolah.
Otherwise how else would this desperate young man know that they had naked pictures
with them, unless that bitch was exposing herself and he offered to take a picture.
