4. Why does anyone think that the rich will pay their taxes. Theier know different from anyone else. Hopefully snoop , will do the right thing and take care of buisness. Alot of these actors, singers,rappers,etc. are always shown with cars, houses, drinking the best liquor, but have a problem paying their taxes.
