STOP USING TAXPAYERS AND THE SYSTEM TO GET WHAT YOU WANT. I am sick of Kate's holier than thou attitude-She's the one who sent Jon over the edge-My arse would leave asap if I had to wake up to her every morning with her childish whiney behavior. Miss Lipo phony woman child. Lets get back to basics and put REAL variety shows back on tv and leave people like her and octo skank out of the equation.

Why don't all you who feel sorry for Khate ante up and send her the money to cover her over-draft so she can pay her bills? You know that is what she is hoping for. Jon needs to Grow up I have seen a lot of what he has said and what she has said. What he did now hurts his kids. He isn't looking at whats best for them. This man is spedding money faster then thay are making it in the lasted 3 months he has got 3 cars, a 1,500,000 in place to live for him self , parttyed all over,LA , NEw york Vages you name it he has been parttying and his trips costed money. Buying his girl friend rings. Trips with her. What about spendding time with his kids that don't cost you anything .He is hurtting in side I know by the way he is actting out but damm get with it you have 8 little wonderfull kids that are now paying for your choses. Kate be stong and love them babys of yours.

I think Jon is acting out cause he got himself in way farther than he can handle. He and Kate are total opposites and they knew that from the start... she rules the roost, he knew that going in. Hind-site is 20/20 guess he was looking through rose colored glasses when he married her. Jon needs to act like a man not a child. You can be recless and have "fun" without hurting others - especially your family - no matter who they be.

I just wanted to comment on this to ask why Jon and Kate Gosselin are taking more crap than Dave Letterman, who cheated on his wife multiple times with multiple women? It doesn't seem right to me that a man caught cheating on his wife and says he's "sorry" would get less horrible press than a couple going through an obviously tough enough divorce. Juuuuust wondering.

Kate claims that Jon starting taking money out of their account on August 10,2009 and stopped on September 2009.

According to Kate, the money that Jon took was for bills. Okay, then that means that Kate was dipping in the bill money, when she went shopping with her bodyguard on August 10, 2009, after her tearful Today's interview.

I wonder if she called Jon and ask him if she could go shopping. I wonder how much she spent that day, because she didn't go to Target and she came out of the show with more than one bag.

I think the judge has to have more time because:
1. Jon and his attorney are in CA
2.Jon's attorney is not licensed to practice law in PA
3.Jon changed attorneys in August
4. Kate has added 2 more attorneys in the last 2 weeks. She had one Lady from PA. A man from the same firm is speaking for Kate now and Kate hired the CA attorney.
5. TLC has a legal case against Jon now also.
6.Jon is requesting that his kids not film. That is a NEW request.

so basically, kate have did the same in the past: withdrawn the money, and we never knew about it, no drama, nothing, and we just have to take kates word for it: SHE has the best interest for the kids, jon's just plain stupid and irrational. my intuition says that she is not a person to believe to. she's MANIPULATIVE. and jon's learned the hard way that honesty, keeping things strait and simple just doesn't cut it. "man up". "ur a child" , so he just listened to that advice.

NO compassion for kate. don't trust a word she says, the words she thinks over and about 3 times before she says it.

The need to redo the custody thing. Kate and the kids stay in the house. Jon should be given the house in Elizabethtown, PA (5 bedrooms) and when he has custody, the kids and Jon stay there. It is NOT going to work with him snooping in her bedroom and bringing women to that house. Jon proved he cannot be trusted there as he was sleeping with Stephanie Santora there. Jon said today he has BUSINESS IN NYC. LOL I have not seen an announcement of his new show. I have only seen his gigs at a fair in upper state NY, talk shows about his behavior, a milkshake shop, and one Vegas gig. JON IS NOT IN DEMAND EXCEPT TO BE ASKED ABOUT THE DIVORCE AND WHAT HE IS DOING TO KATE. He has NO real job.
