Toni Braxton -- Dancing with Foreclosure

Pop diva Toni Braxton has been battling health problems for the last few years -- and she might need all her strength to pack up her stuff and move ... cause the bank is coming after her home.

According to documents filed last month, Braxton has defaulted on her mortgage payments -- and now Bank of America is looking to foreclose. They claim she owes $12,503.20 on a place in Century City, Calif.

Toni closed down her Vegas gig a few years back -- she may want to start it up again ... quick.

5. Is it really important to let the world know who is behind on their mortgage payment?

Sad reporting on your behalf! People are losing there homes left and right in America and it's nothing to start publishing on website. Why don't you go after the mortgage companies and maybe see if they scammed high interest rates on people?

12. Where is the money from the Vegas gig then? I know she has heart problems but does she have no health insurance? This woman is immensely talented but her finances have always been a complete train wreck. I know she had a bankruptcy a number of years ago & she was 'taken' by her accountant, manager or somebody. Seems she pick 'handlers' about as well as Michael Jackson did?!
