Tiger's Mother-in-Law Has Landed

Tiger's Mother-in-Law Has LandedTMZ has learned Tiger Woods' mother-in-law -- a prominent Swedish politician named Barbro Holmberg -- wasn't at Tiger's house during the Thanksgiving incident ... in fact, she just arrived in the States last Friday.

One of Tiger's neighbors told the Florida Highway Patrol both Elin's mom and Tiger's mom were at the crash scene. But we just spoke to Barbro's press secretary -- Eva Malmborg -- who confirms Barbro wasn't in the U.S. when it all hit the fan more than a week ago. A U.S. law enforcement source says she landed last Friday.

We're assuming she'll be doing a little comforting.

Now why would the neighbor say Elin's mom was there when she wasn't. Supposely they have been neighbors of Tiger for many years. So much misinformation out there it's hard to believe anyone.

The TMZ punks are disrespectful by putting up this terrible photo of the maternal grandmother of those little children. Don't treat her any differently than the paternal grandmother who, obviously, never taught her son how to respect a (real) woman. Elin, her children, and her mother are the innocent victims in this sordid story.

don't forget Tiger's mom has a home in the same development. So people saying she was there for the fight might be wrong. It is likely that Elin called her after the accident because she worried and the mom ran over.
I highly doubt she was still there for Turkey dinner at 2:30 am that night and doubtful they would start a fight like that in front of her.
