Congressman Aaron Schock lost control of his car after sliding over an ice patch in Illinois yesterday -- and banged into another vehicle on the streets of Peoria.
No one was injured in the accident, which Schock's rep described as "minor."
We're told both parties were able to work things out without the police -- and Schock, who was in route to an official district event, still arrived to the function on time.
Amazingly, his abs arrived early.

Hey Mike,
I am from the central Illinois area, I work in Peoria. Mr. Shock did what is required by the law. In Peoria, when there has been a substantial amount of snowfall, as there had been that day, all that is required in a minor accident without injuries, is for the parties involved to exchange information. They do have to go to law enforcement headquarters within a week to fill out a report. Good to see non-republicans continuing their attempts to make scandals out of the littlest things.

Stop sounding so ignorant by taking cheap shots at the deceased and bringing up incidents that happened years ago. It was a tragic incident that could have been handled better, but I think most of the country has gotten over it. And in case you are still stuck in the past, Nixon resigned.
