James Van Der Beek's career may have stalled post-Dawson -- but according to new divorce documents, his salary is anywhere but up a creek.
According to James' Income and Expense Declaration, filed last month in Los Angeles Superior Court, his average monthly salary is $49,343.
Also worth noting: He only pays $250/month eating out and drops $4,100/month on charity.

Good for Dawson. He's a good actor, not sure why his career practically stopped after da' Creek ended. Hahaha!!! Varsity Blues was one of the best football movies of all-time. But in the same breath, it was hands down the worst display of southern accents in the history cinema. The only one that sounded halfway believable was Billy Bob, but that was because he is from Georgia.

He's actually quite a good actor. He was awesome when he guest-starred on Criminal Minds and, even though it was a Lifetime movie, he was really good in "Taken in Broad Daylight". Yeah, Dawson Leery was a complete tool, but in my opinion anyone who can play a part that doesn't make you think you're watching another one of their characters is a good actor. Watch "Rules of Attraction". You definitely won't think you're seeing Dawson Leery.

James did the voice-over for the Verizon Droid commercials. He made bank from it according to my brother who did the commercials for Verizon. Nice paycheck for 10 hours worth of work.
