Restraining Order in Dennis Hopper Case

2/11/2010 3:32 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

TMZ was in court this morning in the Dennis Hopper/Victoria Hopper divorce case, where the judge just ruled Victoria must stay 10 feet away from Dennis, his adult son, Henry, his daughter, Marin and his assistant, Emily Davis.

The judge also ruled Victoria may not enter the main Dennis Hopper residence in Venice, CA or any other portion of the property other than the unit where Victoria is currently living. The judge ruled Victoria can stay in the unit until the agreed date in the prenup. As we first reported, under the prenup, Victoria must leave the unit on March 11 -- 60 days after the divorce petition was filed.

Good i hope she doesn't get a thing other than something for her kid,and even then i hope it is placed in some sort of trust fund for her, this way her greedy mother or grandmother won't profit from it.

I don't understand what the purple ink was, and why the money was considered ruined because of it. Does that make the bills marked and therefore there's no way for Dennis Hopper's character to make off with the cash? Even if that's the case, it seems cheesy that he couldn't still spend his money somehow. I mean, move to Guatemala or something- no one cares if your cash is little purple.
