The DA used the excuse that the girl was too drunk to be a reliable witness. I guess the DA doesn't understand the law in Georgia, which says that if someone is too drunk, they CANNOT consent to sex. I wonder if the DA wondered why one of Ben's bodyguards was standing guard by the door, and wouldn't let her friends into the room. Maybe the DA should have given the real reason he didn't prosecute. They don't prosecute famous white men for rape in the south. If this had been an african american athlete, you can bet that charges would have been filed.

I did listen to her statement and im not sure why everyone thinks she is lying...its not uncommon to forget details of rape, your in shock, it happens quickly your mind may disconnect with your body and you dont have time to think.
