That special talent is known as, no gag reflex.

This just goes to his thought process. 99.9% of the people would have been traumatized at the prospect of serious jail time (and layed low for awhile). For Charlie, he never even considered it a possibility. He knew he would just buy his way out of it. The cost of doing business.

Isn't it about time we take "and justice for all" out of the pledge of allegiance so we can stop being hypocrites when it is recited?
