Kari Ann Peniche -- the Playboy model from VH1's "Celebrity Rehab" -- just checked into another rehab center to be treated for an addiction to methamphetamines ... only this time, her progress won't be aired on television. 
Sources close to Peniche -- who you may also remember from the Eric Dane/Rebecca Gayheart "naked tape" -- tell us she checked into an expensive, high-end rehab clinic late last night .. and plans to stay for 30 days.
We're told Peniche is prepared to foot the massive bill for the high-class rehab joint ... which we're told will easily exceed $30,000.

I'll admit to being a Loveline fan, but I think Celebrity Rehab is ridiculous. Maybe now she'll get some help that will actually do her some good.

Kari Ann is truly the most despicable individual ever to be on a television show. Douche bag is generally a phrase used to refer to guys (though I'm not sure why), but if there is a queen douche bag it is definitely Kari Ann.

This girl will never be sober. If you watched, it's not just her addiction, it's the way she is as a human. That can't be changed. She is a hateful entitled beyotch. Do they have rehab for that?

I'm not a fan of Kari Ann but another 30 day rehab stint is not going to help this girl. She needs a long term program - 6 months to a year. She's had a lifetime of drug abuse and bad behavior. That's not going to get fixed in 30 days.

She is a spoiled rotten brat who refuses to accept responsibility for any of her actions. I cannot wait until meth takes her looks away and she starts picking at the scabs on her meth face.. then she'll start hooking to get more meth and just be a complete has been.. wait. she already is a complete has been, or a never was... she could disappear tomorrow and no one would really care.
