for 3 Years

11/5/2010 6:39 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Lil Wayne is not allowed to consume one single drop of alcohol for the next three years of his life -- this according to probation documents obtained by TMZ.

Lil Wayne alcohol:
The documents -- which became effective today -- clearly state that Wayne "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" as long as he's on probation ... for the next 36 months.

Wayne is also prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department.

And Wayne cannot possess illegal drugs, toxic vapors or controlled substances.

He's also required to submit to drug and alcohol testing, per the probation dept.

If Wayne violates any of the terms of his probation -- he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term.

HA! Throws a wrench in the hoe party planned "fit for a king", doesn't it?

Prediction: He'll still go, get tested, think he'll get the Lindsey Lohan treatment with screwin' with the term of proby, and end up back in jail next week.

There has been so much hoop-la said to press about his coming home party, they'll yank his a$s in at 8:00am Monday morning for testing.

Good Luck with that, Weezy!!

Mista Celebrity

Looks like a spawn of Whoopie Goldberg except he came out the other end. Y'all heard? And it is so nauseating to see all the young people (I know, mostly girls) welcoming him back from his time in the pokey, getting poked by some big, lonely boys. No wonder this country is going down the tubes. We call this little ghetto imp a "celebrity"! He should be nothing more than a gargoyle on the side of a building. Word!

First of all about 99% of the rappers out there now have criminal records so there no way that he can stay away from all of them, 2nd, how are they going to monitor the no drinking and drugs thing? Unless they are going to put a scram braclet on him for 3 years there is NO way that its gonna happen.

These are typical probation rules; it's really up to the P.O. to actually FOLLOW THROUGH with it...doesn't happen here where I live...my ex-husband has been on Absolute Sobriety for years, yet drinks all the time. They actually got it right with Lindsay, they should make him wear the bracelet, it's truly the only way to keep alcoholics from drinking; the "paper" doesn't mean jack to these idiots...they will continue to think they can do what they want and keep getting the breaks...didn't work out too well for TI though did it...here's hoping that Lil Wayne gets that same response when he screws up, because yes, he will screw this up...they always do...it's a big part of the problem...

Frankly, it's all about how much Weezy "loves his freedom". Before he was locked up, he was making babies left and right. Now it's time for him to "MAN UP" and set an example for his children. Getting into trouble is EASY but staying out will be REAL CHALLENGE, if he hasn't committed to a complete lifestyle overhaul. For the sake of his children, I wish him the best of luck!!!

Umm, even old white ladies like me love lil Wayne. Let him be. He's an ARTIST. Let him create his ART/MUSIC and leave him alone. He doesnt belong in PRISON. Listen to him and be inspired by an original mind. These probation requirements 'no alchohol' for a grown man are silly, he served his time. Let him be, WEEZY.
