I'm no LiLo fan though I think she's talented; but she has no reason to steal this necklace. The jewelry store owner has FAR more reason to use this incident of an undo***ented loan of an item, as a free publicity stunt. The owner could've gone to Lindsay's house and knocked on her door at any time. The fact that they didn't speaks volumes.

I used to love...Love...LOVE! Lindsay - but this is just too much. It would be better that we never hear of Linds or see a picture of her again and she just goes off somewhere and gets her life together. At the rate she's going she's gonna end up sometime either dead or with a long jail sentence for something. Such a shame...

The bimbo is already getting special treatment again. In my younger years I had a few run ins with the law and if I did anything wrong while on probation I was immediately jailed with no bail until the judge was ready to see me. I can't believe the law in LA, it seems that as long as you have the money to throw at them you get the red carpet treatment. Also I believe that the judge is going to be miffed enough to put her in jail but what does it matter if the starstruck sheriff lets her go after serving two days of a three year sentence while claiming the jail is overcrowded. I bet all those folks that are busy overcrowding the jail while they are doing their time are getting a little peeved with that line of crap!
