Harvey please get your facts right. MJ didn't pay a cent. His insurance carrier covered the full settlement amount on the grounds of negligence.

I can understand why people assume that the payment (which MJ later regretted) was an indication of guilt - but given MJs unique cir***stances, I can understand why he agreed to settle.

Michael knew that adverse publicity from such a accusation would seriously damage his career. He had lucrative contracts with Pepsi and Disney which would have been jeopardised. So, I expect that he tried to bury any speculation before it got out of control. With hindsight, everyone now knows this was a mistake, but can you blame him for trying to keep the allegation quiet?

Harvey, if you are really interested in justice, then perhaps you should question whether it is fair that any man should be ridiculed, reviled and lose everything merely on the strength of an ALLEGATION?

Preserve the Tiger

Oksana saw where Mel was seen out with a bunch of skinny, brunette women last Wednesday and left with one at 1:30 a.m. She can't stand the thought of him with anyone else. Dropping the domestic violence issue is a way she hopes to get back in Mel's good graces. That, and she feels that by dropping the domestic violence that his movie will make more money; therefore, she'll prosper! Her reasoning is very selfish!

Please, please, please try and connect the dots to the timing of Bin Lauden and Pres. Obama's drooping public opinion and polls lacking abit in luster for his prospects of re-election!

Thanks
