TMZ Live: Harvey Attacks Nancy, Joan Attacks Harvey

7/6/2011 10:45 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Today on "TMZ Live," Joan Rivers and Harvey battled it out over the Casey Anthony verdict ... after Nancy Grace had the audacity to say she "KNOWS" Casey is guilty.

And Harvey and Charles take on child advocate Susan Moss -- a Nancy Grace screamer -- who claims at an extremely high decibel level the jury botched it.

I agree with Nancy Grace. Evil won in the courtroom but I can rest assured that God's justice will be far more harsh than anything a jury could render. The jury was obviously made up of a lot of stupid, uneducated, lazy bumbs (just like the people who posted here to say vile things about Nancy Grace). I hope Casey Anthony is haunted the rest of her Bella Vita. She is a sociopath and will bring about her own self destruction. Let the haunting begin...

If Casey goes partying, gets drunk and runs her mouth that she just got away with murder, can she be retried?

Look the rabid media types like nancy grace would have easily followed (and did) the lawyers to any location to celebrate an aqquital. That it was across the street from the courthouse is meaningless. It would have been the same outrage anywhere that they dared to be happy that this was over.

There was no justice today. Had Caley actually drowned in the
swimming pool, a reasonable person would have called 911.
A resonable jury would have come back with a guily verdict.

I haven't been so outraged since the O.J verdict.

Just my opinion.

Of course the jurors would now come out and talk about why they did what they did, they need to defend themselves against idiots like Nancy Grace and Susan Moss. Can't blame them

What would happen if a jury obviously didn't take the evidence into consideration? If they just wanted to go home or didn't like one of the lawyers or whatever the reason they just ignored the evidence presented. Could the judge overturn the verdict?

When it comes to the Anthony's case, I believe terrible things happen to people. Only that family knows what happened, I don't believe she killed her daughter. Media can make or destroy basically anything. When it comes to the Anthony's case, I believe terrible things happen to people. Harvey,

The accidental drowning scenario offered up by Baez in his opening statement, a scenario that could only have come from the mouth of his client, was not only demonstrably false, but ludicrous.

How it is that this jury could, as they apparently did, fail to examine how poorly the defense's fairly detailed story of an accidental drowning fit with the facts in evidence and common sense, I don't understand. There's no way at all to square the facts and common sense with the defendants bizarre and detailed accidental death story.

The failure of the jury to do that pretty elemental job, a job that would have necessarily led them to ask themselves why a defendant would have her attorney present an accidental drowning story that could not possibly be squared with common sense or the known facts, is extremely concerning.

The conclusion to drawn from trying to square the defendant's assertion of the cause and manner of death with the known facts and common sense is that her story was both untrue and self-serving.

A jury that would regard the homicide charge as unproven when that jury could easily and reasonably know that the defendant has offered up a demonstrably false and self-serving accidental death story, especially when there's a mountain of independent cir****tantial evidence pointing, to or suggesting, the defendants culpability in the murder of her child, is a jury comprised of people who are either mentally lazy or who are imbeciles.

Those jury malfeasance facts go a long ways toward explaining Nancy Grace's outrage, an outrage I happen to share.

Harvey do you think that this case was more a defense case because they remains were found 6 months after Caylee went missing so there wouldnt be enough evidence for the prosecution?
