Buys HUGE New House
During NBA Lockout
Amare Stoudemire is not feeling the ill effects of the NBA lockout -- TMZ has learned the New York Knicks star just plunked down $3.7 million on a new house!
According to property records, Amare picked up the new home in Southwest Ranches, FL last month. The 14,555 square foot home sits on a 2.35 acre lot, features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a nine-car garage.
And don't worry about Amare wasting his money ... he paid about a million less than the original asking price.
If only the NBA Players' Union was as shrewd at negotiating.
