Is Painful to Watch

3/8/2012 4:27 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

And behind door #1 ... A BIG FAT LAWSUIT!!!

A 75-year-old woman is suing CBS and the people behind "Let's Make a Deal" ... claiming she went to watch a taping in L.A. ... and walked away with an extremely painful parting gift.

According to the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Mary Hutchinson says she was walking through the studio towards her seat in 2010 ... when she placed her hand on a seat for support.

Hutchinson claims the seat was NOT bolted to the ground and it gave way ... causing her to fall and injure herself. Sources close to Hutchinson tell us the woman suffered neck and back injuries ... but no broken bones.

Hutchinson claims CBS and producers created an unsafe and dangerous premises ... and now she's demanding more than $25k in damages.

nof p.s.

-Courts should charge $ 12,500.00 to FILE a Nuisance_Suit.

-Then see how-many-are-filed.

last nof p.s.

Another way to stop "Nuisance Suits."

Make the person/people FILING such:

Produce their checking account statements, live assets.

That's if they even HAVE a checking account.

Most of 'em are in a Culver City park:

Finding recyclables.

If this woman's for real?

Produce thy assets to TMZ - after all -

She's at a GAME SHOW - where poor people frequent and for quick cash/prizes.

-Give me a break, lady.

That's funny. Whenever I get hurt badly in a private place, I pretend nothing happened because I wouldn't want to come off as a sue happy ****.

She's 75. It was probably someone (younger and lazier) in her family who prompted her to file a lawsuit.

some people should stay home, they really shouldn't be allowed out in the public, they are simply not able to take responsibility for their own decisions and actions . . . this greed is a big part of what's wrong with this country . . .

I went to a screening of a tv show a really long time ago and those seats were not bolted to the floor they were regular folding chairs. It makes it easier for the studio to reuse them or use only a certain amount of people in the audience. It also helps if someone has a disability so they can take out the chair in exchange for their wheelchair. This person thought that a folding chair would give her all the support but what I'm trying to figure out where was she in the studio when she did this. There are rails to guide you to your seat and they are pretty much safe as can be for people disabled like myself

Wow really, She probably planed this. What did she injure her ego? lol. Why didn't she have a walker if she needs support so much.

What is so painful about the show, I think the show is cool, having a chance to win a lot of cash or prizes, what is wrong with that?
