Amanda Bynes

Pulled Over By Cops AGAIN

Car Impounded

9/17/2012 4:10 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0917_amanda_bynes_launchAmanda Bynes' suspended license finally caught up with her today -- TMZ has learned she was pulled over by police and had her car impounded.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Bynes was pulled over in her black BMW around 9:00 AM in Burbank, CA. We're told when cops ran her license they discovered it was suspended.

0917_amanda_bynes_subassetAccording to our sources, cops impounded the vehicle and issued her a misdemeanor ticket for driving on a suspended license.

As TMZ first reported, Bynes was pulled over on September 9 -- but despite having the suspended license, she was given only a verbal warning and let go.

She was not as lucky this time.

Why doesn't someone get her some help....Does her family not get that somethings wrong and that her "driveway doesn't quite reach the road." Seven encounter with the law since March...should be a huge red flag!

Oops. What a dumbass; just couldn't be told what to do, and now it's going to cost her. I can't wait to hear her sob story when she gets into court this week. "But, your honor, I thought my manager was taking care of it" (ie - the parisss hillton excuse)...

Take care of two problems with one solution. Send amanda to the mideast with bottles of tequila and a hummer. Have her drive around us embassies. Problems solved. jon

Finally! I imagine they kept an eye out for her since they let her drive away, embarrassingly for them, after stopping her for no lights. Wonder how long it will be before she arranges another car or has someone else do it for her. What are the bets on her driving illegally again before she's due in court? Whatever her problems are, she'd better get her sh*t together and stop trying to outdo Blohan.

The Maharincess of Franistan

Clearly, there is a problem with the way the law is written in the state of California.

Here in NYS if you are caught driving on a suspended license, YOU ARE ARRESTED. Period. It is still a misdemeanor, but the police DO NOT issue a ticket. They hook you up and take you to jail, where you must then bond out.

Shouldn't be any question in anyone's mind that there is something mentally wrong with Amanda Bynes. She even had a judge rule that she shouldn't be driving yet there she was again behind the wheel of a car with a suspended license in her purse.

The good thing is that those cops did their jobs, ran her license and impounded her car.

But why do I have this NAGGING FEELING that this isn't the end of it, and that she'll be out there driving illegally again?!

It's funny how the jealous nolifers that hate on Lohan have nothing new on that front, so they go out and find someone else to hate on.

help this young woman

All I want to know is are they going to show the court proceedings live, are there going to be 200 paparazzi lining the sidewalk into the courthouse, and are there going to be helicopters flying overhead to watch the car she is in going every step of the way to the courthouse like they did for Lindsay Lohan. Maybe the State of California could hire a marching band to play before the court appearance to warm up the crowd.

Shame on her father for not stepping in. If he's a dentist he should know better than to make excuses for her and blame others for her issues.
