Lil Wayne

LOSES Lawsuit

Over Documentary

11/5/2012 4:07 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Lil Wayne
just lost his case against Quincy Jones III over the documentary about the rapper, and even worse for him, he lost the countersuit QIII filed against him.

The jury ordered Lil Wayne to pay Quincy $2,195,000. Quincy's countersuit alleged Lil Wayne wrongfully jock blocked the release of the film, screwing up its profit potential.

We broke the story ... Lil Wayne never showed up in court for his trial. The day he was supposed to testify he was a no-show because he had suffered several seizure-like episodes and was prohibited from flying. As a result, his lawyer was left to show the jury Wayne's deposition, in which he refuses to answer questions and mocks the proceeding.

I thought at
the time that
his thug, smug,
mockery of the system
would perhaps come
back to haunt him.
When you grow up, you
realize that the game is
designed to be fair and that
everyone has to play fair for justice
to prevail.

Does this have to do with the DNA results that were supposed to prove he was the missing link?

No doubt Lil Wayne had this coming by acting a fool. HOWEVER, I wanna comment on "Quincy Jones III".....What has he really done worth mention since the early 90's? Dude just leeches off real talent (IE. The tupac do***entary he has coming out next year). Not to mention all these do***entary films he has done have been really bad compared to the others out on the same subjects. Dude is seriously a disgrace to his fathers name.

Lil Wayne's next job will be the poster boy for "JUST SAY NO!!!". Drugs, procreating, walking the face of the earth, all of the above.

Publicity, that $ can't buy. What a brilliant marketing ploy. Smart for half the price. Both sides in on it? Is the question, my answer. Yes

This is exactly what you get for acting like he did. He looked like a little smartazz in the video and you never know what can happen to your luck. Look what happened to him. He probably thought that he would be able to act like that then in court try to wear a suit and play the ggood guy that was wronged. I don't know the whole story but what I do know is that if you act like a fool your going to get treated like a fool. Who could ever take this guy serious now. Pay up sucka!!

He is what he is.
And a loser, too.
Perfect ending.

I want another loser rapper to go add his name and two seconds of rapping on a few hundred songs that go number one and then claim they are above LIL WAYNE cause they have more number 1's. WHEN THE ****, does being considered having a #1 song mean speaking for 10 seconds and having a credit and making you then, AS GREAT AS ELVIS PRESLEY. Elvis sang all his songs, alone. Whether he wrote them or not, doesn't matter, it's how many #1 songs you had. Being a background nobody with four words on a #1 song doesn't make you able to CLAIM you have a number 1, what the HELL happened to the music industry?

Kev the Realist

Finally the judicial system sends punks like this a message. You want to behave like an entitled, better than everypne else, dbag, then you will pay the price. Now you know that he will come out with some lame ass excuse, that he either doesn't care or that he didn't get a fair trial. Tough luck ahole, your deposition alone indicates what type of loser you really are. Back to the ghetto, moron.
