'Breaking Bad' House

Homeowner Vows

I'll Never Sell!

9/29/2013 1:21 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF
EXCLUSIVE

0928-walter-white-breaking-
The people who ACTUALLY live inside Walter White's house on "Breaking Bad" tell TMZ ... no amount of meth money could ever convince them to sell.

Fran and Louie Padilla have been living in Walt's crib since 1973 ... and its quick rise to American landmark status has been a lot to handle (over 1k visitors just this month.)

The Padillas are not scared off or tempted by a financial windfall  ... they say the memories from the years they spent raising a family at the White residence are without a price tag.

No one would recognize the inside anyway -- 'cause all inside scenes are shot on a sound stage ... and Fran says the interior decor on BB looks HIDEOUS!

Here's what shocked us -- multiple realtors tell us market value for the house is somewhere between $150 - $200k ... and its marquis value wouldn't up the ante.

The couple's backyard has also been frequently featured, but the Padillas tell us they don't actually grow any poisonous lily of the valley.

... so they say.

If the owners have 3 brain cells amongst them they would sell. Its the most the house will ever be worth forever. Their going to have douchy people coming by all the time for pictures. You may as well cash in. Chances like this done come by often

Doesn't it get annoying though to look out your window and see people standing outside your home and taking pictures?

Bet those same realtors would be ecstatic at chance to buy the house for $150k and then lets see how fast they'd turn around and sell it for for $500k or more.

Stop me if you've heard this one: a guy wants to break up with the chick he proposed to because she succumbed to rachetry and she's traps him into staying by faking a positive pregnancy test. You probably haven't, because this rare and women usually never do thiHAHAHAHAHA MStars reports:

A recent cover issue of the seedy gossip magazine OK! blares the headline, "Miley's baby trap. The truth about whether a positive pregnancy test kept Liam from dumping her months ago." According to the popular tabloid, Hemsworth was "ready to break up" with the twerking songstress last spring until "a positive home pregnancy test changed everything." An alleged insider explains, "Miley thought she was expecting and wanted to announce it to the world, even before she went to a doctor to verify the results… Liam begged her not to go public yet. He was emotionally out of the romance for months by that point, though he was still sleeping with her." As OK! sums it up, "Essentially trapped Liam in the relationship, telling him that if he left her alone, she'd tell the world that he had abandoned her at such a delicate time."

Of course, there's another story today that says Miley Cyrus wanted to leave Liam Hemsworth in February, but I thought her PR's narrative at this point she wanted to leave because he was banging January Jones. So, uhhh, which is it? How would a man who bought an engagement ring not even a year ago, be dating Eiza Gonzalez right now? Fake baby. It was because of the fake baby.

It's probably stupid financial decisions like this one that they live in this house to begin with! What a foolish decision not to sell when this is the height of interest in their house!!!

All they have to do is auction this home. No doubt some rich meth-head will drop a million on it for eternal bragging rights.

I think it is nice they want to keep the house because of memories. And I bet they enjoy being a part of "Breaking Bad". I'm sure there are days when it is annoying having people outside their house and they just want to squirt them with the garden hose. But that will die down when the show is over.

Eventually TMZ/Harvey will lose all credibility. I can find 15 other websites that have better intriguing articles and don't recycle stories from said websites.
