Justin Bieber

DUI Plea Deal Offered

No Sizzurp, No Weed

2/22/2014 1:00 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Justin Bieber has become the next contestant in a high-stakes game of Let's Make a Deal ... and door #1 is JAIL.  Door #2 is way better, but he has to be sober.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the Florida State Attorney has offered Justin a plea deal in his DUI/resisting arrest case ...  and we know the terms.

Prosecutors will DROP the DUI and resisting arrest charges, but in return Bieber must:

-- Plead no contest to reckless driving

-- Complete 40 hours of community service

-- Attend an alcohol ed course

-- Attend a "victim impact panel" (where relatives of DUI victims share their stories)

-- Install an ignition interlock device for 3 months

Now here's the rub.  Prosecutors also want Bieber to submit to random drug testing, and not just in Florida.  He'll have to submit his travel plans to the court and authorities will set up random testing wherever he happens to be ... at his expense.  And testing will last between 6 and 9 months.

Assuming he complies with all the terms and PASSES the drug tests, the reduced plea will formally be entered.

The question -- Will Bieber accept the deal or risk trial, where worst case scenario he could end up in the pokey.

Why can't you people on The Moron Zone TMZ understand that DUI isn't only alcohol? He also consumed weed and mom's prescription meds. The fool already admitted it.

Go ahead Biebs, show those cops and courts how bad a$$ you are. You think you are gangsta rapper material. Tell them to stick their deal and f#ck off! Go for it dude. Bubba and his friends will be waiting for you to give you some real jail house cred and a really sore a$$.

That's a pretty good deal.

He will accept the deal, but.....he will fail. He is a punk who feels he is above the law. He will continue to smoke, drink and drive in a reckless manner. He should just be deported so he will become Canada's problem, not ours.

The resisting arrest and DUI charges for weed and illegal meds that he already admitted to, could be enough to get him a few months in jail. Think of all the cred Bubba and his friends will get for daily raping the pretty new jail house bitc#. Biebs may add a new meaning to the term "c#m bucket". My guess is that Lil Za and Lil Twist will never satisfy him again.

Exactly what I predicted -- except for some of the add-ons... Anyway the State has blinked already in this case...Usually they drag it out a year to give little fatigue factor (legal fees, court apperarances) to the defendant. If I was beib, I would agree to careless driving and 20 hours community service...and nothing else. The State wants this one to end because of the GPS problem - and they will have to agree or face Roy Black in a very weak case.
